CUSTOMS & TAXES

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges differ by country and cannot be calculated in advance. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, import fees, and any return shipping.

MADE-TO-ORDER RETURN POLICY 
All sales are final, and made-to-order items cannot be returned. Not sure about a color, size, or style? We’re happy to help you pick the perfect piece—just send us an email!

QUALITY CHECK & ISSUES
We take pride in the care and detail that goes into each creation. Please check your order upon arrival, and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
As every item is handmade, natural variations in color, texture, or size are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.
